Without a magnetic field, the surface will never be habitable. The best we could hope for would be subterranean colonies.
The problem with venus heating up is it's atmosphere, remove some of it or all of it then add it back to fix it, because the clouds trap heat in the atmosphere and the clouds don't let heat escape because of that.
Venus has a very slow and retrograde rotation. One day on Venus lasts for 243 Earth days

the game can run on either operating system but it needs a very powerful computer to run decently so unless you have a 1,000$ computer in wouldn't get for your son to spare the disappointment

Give the moon a moon and give the moon’s moon a moon
Honestly, Venus's rotation should have been your first alteration. It rotates so slowly that one full day on Venus is longer than one full year on Venus. That's the primary cause of Venus's runaway greenhouse effect. If you had changed that and then added the water and actually compensated for the burn off, you likely would've gotten an 80-90% life likelyhood without even moving it.
Idea with venus, move mercury out to become a shade at the lagrange point between the sun and venus. Expand the shade with mylar mirrors. Use skimmer craft to transfer air from venus to mars and add comet material to mars poles with skimming entries. Fun Fact if you drained gas from jupiter or saturn you at some point find a ocean of diamonds.

Venus would be an interesting case, adding Earth's water to it would cause it to have dramatic evaporation and rainfall which in turn would clean up its thick and toxic atmosphere. I think it would make for some really incredible storms too.
Suggestion: Freeze the entire Earth and then heat it up to see if it creates new continents

If Mars' radius is half that of Earth, then its volume is 1/8 that of Earth. And its mass is likewise 1/8, if they're made of essentially the same materials. So I'd say you dropped too much water. For the moon, you should've dropped the cube of 27%.
Okay you know that a planet 30% the size of earth doesn't need an atmosphere 30% the size of earth's, right? I needs a LOT more.

Venus' atmosphere will be a lot thicker with an additional mass of 95% Earth's ocean water in vapor form in it.

Just merge all the planets of the Solar System together (including the poor declassified Pluto) to see what happens. (It's up to you whether to collide them one by one or all at the same time, I don't know.) Finally, you could launch the resulting big ball, if there is one, into the Sun.

actually mars would stop having a red sky if it had an atmosphere for humans to breathe, the red sky is only there because of the thin atmosphere it has. So if the atmosphere looked red is probably because the atmosphere is still too thin.
