Looks like the Jet Pilot did a pretty good job of evading the anti-aircraft rounds. I don't know how many rounds a good kill would take to bring down a jet but that looked pretty uneffective or rather ineffective?

the C-RAM isn't meant to take down aircraft, but incoming rockets, missiles and other munitions that fly in easily predictable paths. avoiding fire from this in an aircraft would be quite easy unless the pilot flies so close that the rounds will connect before the aircraft can reasonably maneuver out of the way. in a real scenario, any aircraft would be taken down using surface to air seeker missiles far before they can reach the effective zone of the C-RAM

Also, those guns should do a randomized circular pattern

cwis is CLOSE IN WEAPONS SYSTEM. In auto mode, radar detects INCOMMING threats that are closing distance. The system is not used in general AAA. And the mount does not hold 10 million rounds per encounter.
