Well, that's quite an episode. Oliver's cockiness got him into trouble and Toad nearly fell into a sinkhole with the crew having a picnic instead of helping. Very good.

A cute little story. Oliver’s cockiness surely got the better of him, although I’m pretty sure his crew won’t be laughing once they get reprimanded for negligence.

Oh my goodness. Oliver and Toad both got themselves into a pickle of their own. It just goes to show that you shouldn't speak too soon about storm damage. Now both each learnt their lessons. The picnic bit was an unexpected piece of comedy 😆.

That was a good episode and when I saw this, I thought I didn't know season 2 was premiering and then I found out it was a standalone episode. I love the manager's call to the signal man and if that was me I would you are so fired.

Even though Oliver had it coming, I don’t think he deserved to have the episode end with him being stuck. His crew would also get into trouble for not calling for help immediately.

I hope this gets a part 2 , cause let’s face it, those bonehead drivers and fireman cannot get out of this without a reprimanding XD

LMAO, That has to be the most neglectful crew and guard I have ever seen so far. Like... even if it wasn't for Oliver's sake, shouldn't someone warn the signalmen about the landslide and the collapsed bridge?? The fact that Toad was literally the only reasonable one was hysterical XD
Oliver's driver and fireman and Toad's guard leave their engine and brakevan to die for food and other stories.
Anyone here answer me this. What is more important to you in this situation? Your engine stuck in a landslide and your brakevan about fall into a sinkhole or having a picnic?
Same thing with "The Flying Kipper", "Thomas comes to breakfast" and "A close shave".
In real life having a picnic, since engines and rolling stock don't have faces and I don't have to pity them for a misfortune. On the island of sodor, it's vice versa.

Although...In a real life setting, the crew would get in deep trouble for leaving their locomotive in the landslide and not get help.

Well, Nino, I have to say that this was one of the most unique and interesting videos you've done in a long time with it revolving around how Oliver and Toad argue about storm damage and they end up almost regretting what they say with Oliver running into a landslide while Toad almost goes into a sinkhole. Also, after seeing Molly in the intro, I would like to hear if you have any plans for her in Season 2 of your Thomas and Friends series because I remember you using her in Stanley to the Rescue and I would like to see you use her again for perhaps a story in Season 2 of your Thomas and Friends series or your own version of this story I've seen called The Tender where it revolves around Molly, Stanley and Neville working at Great Waterton with Stanley and Molly handling passengers while Neville takes care of the goods work. All-in-all, in the end, that's all I've got to say, Nino, so let me hear what you have to say about my comment as well as my question on Molly and keep up the great work, bud!
