Tip: do not use scales. especially if you work out. if your fat turns into muscle, it won’t show that on the scale. muscle weighs more than fat, so it can be discouraging to see a number not go down, even if you are progressing. go by before and after pictures.
I found that having water + apple cider vinegar + lemon (+ optional honey) in a warm or cold drink, helps you cleanse your insides! If you drink this before each MAIN meal, you should find you eat less, it's cleans your system and you overall just feel so much better! I lost a bunch of weight by trying this for a month! No, just processed sugars. Humans are supposed to eat protein (not exactly fat), vege + fruit (sugars, vitamins etc) and carbohydrates (which is also some fruit and vege like corn, rice etc). Processed sugar are bad tho.
Bad carbs are a problem. All the sugar gets stored as fat. And you don’t want anything bleached in your body either. That’s why whole/multi grain is the way to go.
Tips: Get your butt up and go workout If you want to eat healthy get rid of the unhealthy stuff in your home so you're not tempted. Have self discipline, this one helped me out a lot knowing that the best athletes in the world didn't actually want to get up as soon as the alarm went off or workout EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. But they do it anyway because they are self disciplined. the cooking corner if you want to slim your face, then only drink water for a month. Depending on your gender it will determine how much water you're suppose to drink. Your face will slim out dramatically. It happen to me.

It depends on your structure. Go on youtube and search lose face fat exercises if it doesn't get slimmer. It happens because if you drink something that detoxes your body it won't detox your face so your face will hold on to water also as your body. You have some stratces to do everday if you want and It will get slimmer and you will lose water fat from your face.

A few tips that also helps:
* Take very small bites of your food ! You'll eat less and be less hungry later, as it's sending the message to your brain that you've taken so many bites that you're full.
* Stay on a schedule ! Go to bed at the same time, wake up at the same time, even on the weekends. Try and make your meals strike at the same time too.
* Keep snacking minimal ! You'll thank yourself later, plus, if you do get slightly hungry and you're about to eat in like an hour then just get a glass of water, or chew on some bubble gum, trust me, it really does keep your hunger down while you're waiting to eat that meal you've been looking forward to.

No, just processed sugars. Humans are supposed to eat protein (not exactly fat), vege + fruit (sugars, vitamins etc) and carbohydrates (which is also some fruit and vege like corn, rice etc). Processed sugar are bad tho.

Bad carbs are a problem. All the sugar gets stored as fat. And you don’t want anything bleached in your body either. That’s why whole/multi grain is the way to go.

If you want to eat healthy get rid of the unhealthy stuff in your home so you're not tempted.
Have self discipline, this one helped me out a lot knowing that the best athletes in the world didn't actually want to get up as soon as the alarm went off or workout EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. But they do it anyway because they are self disciplined.
And remember, the world always gets rid of the weak ones first so it makes it the hardest at the beginning, show the world what you're made of!

Oh man I don't know if this helps but maybe change what you're drinking, google what drinks have the least amount of calories in them and try those?
