    All of you guys talking about how much you can squat than them don't realize that these guys are:
    1. Skill group- bigger focus on speed, agility, and quickness
    2. Are WAY more athletic than you are- don't kid yourself you can't achieve their speed, vertical, broad jump. And let's not even mention playing on the field like they can

    Please hire me to do y'all's 40 work next year. That needs to improve. I promise I more than respect the cal strength work but I can be a huge asset to that

      Bryan McCann (Ari) 4.28 in 2010, Emmanuel Sanders (Pit) 4.41 in 2010 (stood up, shouldve been 4.35), Chris Banjo (GB) 4.38 in 2012

    Shayne Skov is a beast I hope he gets drafted high. Mel Kiper said he's undersized, man there aren't enough short or "undersized" linebackers.

    Pretty weak on the squats... i'd figure top D1 athletes would be more powerful.

      They must've been going for a high number of reps. There were guys on my highschool team squatting more than that and they weren't built nearly as big as those guys.

      Well idk id just figure knowing theyve been in a division 1 program for a few years now theyd be very accustomed to squatting not much over their bodyweight.
