I see you on your way to 10k. Was a definite cop. They didn't sit bro instant sell out. It was the colorway. It's a solid colorway that you can't go wrong with. Plus they OGs. I'm from Chicago, and Bulls fan. Funny thing I liked the Charlotte hornets colors back in the 90s as well. Had a couple Hornets starter jacket as well. It was because the Bulls colors back then was gang colors in Chicago.
Man I completely underestimated the demand for them. I’m glad people didn’t sleep. Bro there was something about the hornets colors early 90s. They just hit perfect. You know, there’s been a couple other people from Chicago that told me they didn’t rep Chicago colorways bc of gang association to the colors. I always grew up in more rural areas (2 hrs from Baltimore and DC) so I never had to worry about that, but it’s a shame you had to think like that. Anyhow, yeah 10k coming soon and I’m real happy about that. I’m grateful for all the support the channels been getting. I’m humbled by it honestly but I’m gonna keep going. My gut feeling told me to cop on SNKRS shock drop just in case my local Finishline doesn't get them. I hit on the shock drop, and I didn't get EA through Finishline. Went to my local Finishline today, and they didn't get any men's pairs.
My dad bought me the aqua 8s back in the day. It was the last one they had. Then when I bought my own Jordan I bought the bugs bunny 8s. They had dropped months prior and they had them on display. I asked about them and the guy told me they weren’t for sale. I put it back and I was leaving and he asked me if I really wanted them and I told him yes. Also remember getting chrome 8s for Xmas. Now these will be part of my 8s history

Hey LL! In my opinion, the toe box area is very similar fitting/looking to the 6s and 7s. From the mid foot back, they feel and look very different, but I think the toe box area looks and fits very similar to 6 and 7s. To me the 6 and 7 are more wearable bc the top of the shoe is much sleeker and fits better with my look. These are 🔥, but I completely understand where you’re coming from. Have a great weekend LL!!!

I got the w on snkrs shock drop. I wanted to double up because they are so so so so good. I thought they would kind of sit so I wasn't worried about getting the second pair...boy was I wrong! I got the w on hibbet but unfortunately I forgot to confirm after I got the w and they got away from me 🥲 then I tried raffles on everything else and no luck. At least I got a pair though 🤷♂️ not what I wanted but also not the worst situation.
I think they fit like the 6 and 7 which is big in the toe box. However, having the Velcro over the laces enables you to lock them down. I’d recommend going TTS but if you like a really snug fit then go 1/2 down.
