I love KFI but I don't get the hype over the tiger tail. It's expensive and is essentially just a glorified tow strap that retracts. I've seen them freeze up and not retract in cold weather. I made a rear winch setup with a 3000 lb winch that is removable in 20 seconds. It cost pretty much half of what the tiger tail costs and it actually pulls.
That was a really soft wet hole he went into - LOL - hard to leave those ones. Those Tiger Tails are handy. They seem to mount better on the Outlanders compaired to some other machines. I've seen them lookin' pretty bulky.

Agreed. If your bike gets dragged forward in park, sometimes the shifter will lock up and not allow you to engage drive or reverse, resulting in snapping your shift cable from pulling too hard on the shifter.
Neither of these guys know anything about riding! "Your reverse gears are not as strong" haha! First off never hook a tow strap to a winch and pull against the winch without the winch pulling inward! Secondly learn how to drive that atv and you would have not got stuck to begin with!
That's why you don't buy cam-am's they are not strong they lie to u to buy it they say that they have 1000cc or 650cc engine but the don't. That's why i am Yamaha,plarios don't how spell that just they are crap I am sorry but it's not good I personally don't like but if you like then cool.

TigerTail is way faster than a winch when riding with a crew. Winch is perfect when alone.

He’s using it as a winch extension. Not really the way it’s used. Hook to the back of the machine and just pull.

Anytime you use a winch never use park, always hold the brake

Been riding for 30 years and have never had any problem pulling someone out in reverse….
