Speaking of boozy scents, have you ever tested Skin on Skin by L’Artisan Parfumeur? It’s a beautiful iris, suede and whiskey fragrance. It’s discontinued but there are still a few bottles available on the gray market. Love your videos ❤

I got bottles of Black Lacquer and Eau Forte (to see what Francis K is up to, I like MFK). Black Lacquer surprised me. I can smell the dry down on skin the next day

Great video! I own the discontinued Kilian Single Malt, and have been wanting to get my nose on Old Fashioned. I like whiskey too, but prefer it as a Manhattan, my favourite cocktail. I wish Kilian made a fragrance of that drink!

OK - I just went to Sephora and tested Old Fashioned. It’s not exactly the same as Kilian Single Malt - Single Malt has this plum note that I don’t think Old Fashioned has. I would say they are 90 percent similar. Beautiful fragrance both. On a separate note I am wearing Mugler Les Exceptions Over the Musk. I have owned it for years but forgot about it and have not worn it in over 2 years. Wow. I love this scent!!
EDIT: Congratulations, just noticed you clicked over the 6k ❤ Kilian Hennessy is from the Hennessy family who make the well-known cognac (and other things, I assume) so the connection between the fragrances and alcohol is there. I have Angel's Share, and I think I may get Moonlight in Heaven, but I've smelled a few of the big-hitters from the brand, e.g Black Phantom, and not been that impressed, especially for the price point. Thanks for covering mens/unisex fragrances, a female opinion is very useful 😊

Absolutely, I did notice Kilian tends to do boozy very well I was impressed with the opening of old fashioned for sure. Moonlight in heaven is gorgeous, not earth shattering but just a beautiful, fresh easy to wear fragrance. It's funny you say that, I felt the same about black phantom and others hence why I don't have many Kilian fragrances in my collection. Yes it is a shame that Tom Ford has gone a bit downhill. That one sounds OK tho 🙂. Old Fashioned sounds OK, I've kind of lost interest in Kilian over the years. The same reason as TF Estee L have kind of ruined them. I'm not a Sauvage lover but I appreciate it. And yea that one sounds not too bad. Fab video

Black Lacquer is awesome!! The biggest turn off is the price. 4 bills for 50ml? No way am I paying that much for 1/2 the juice. Can’t wait to smell Old Fashioned.

And here is a unique idea for you, what about if you select 10 men fragances and try to describe with music/piano. Example. If this fragance would be a song, it would sound like.... Tom Ford sold the rest of his company and stepped down last year and like his fashion idol Halston did when he sold his name brand in the 70s/80s His brand is unfortunately dead. I saw him wearing Jacque Marie mage eyewear in an interview because he no longer has to promote his name sake because it’s no longer his. 😭
