My fav POV street photography vids. They always prepare me for a good night of photography.
Thank you! Hope you have a good shoot 📸
Beautiful shots here mate. The area looks really nice! Love the reflection shots 🔥🔥
Now this is what I was talking about, you are back on form!! Brilliant pics and nice clean informative voice..
Love this ❤ and no "sick" 👍👍👍👍
I love these videos, always feel super inspired and motivated to take photos after watching your stuff 😂keep up the amazing work. Love your photos❤
So pleased to see this video as I will be wandering around Oslo in a couple of weeks. Love the images you made. Interesting to see you were working with a longer lens. It's given me pause to think about taking the 70-200 plus my 35mm.
AYOOOOOO my exact setup! great! :D
Visited Oslo a few years back and fell in love with the city. Wandering around a new city is always the best way to get to know it, but I did find it useful being with a friend who had done some research!
Also can't beat a proper posh vanilla with some dark chocolate.
love the white light
Cheers dude nice to see an unedited video, top notch as always ❤
Thank you 🙏🏼
Awesome shots! Do you have a dedicated video about the metering and focus modes you use?
My absolute favorite city in the world ❤🔥 Thanx, man! Nice video, as always!) Will you make any more in Oslo, but in the night?)
Unfortunately not as I was in the city for a few hours only 😊
@@Opticalwander anyway, I’m glad you had a chance to make this one for us)) may be next time 🙏🏻
Really interesting because I wandered around in the Barcode Project two years ago and went for shots on many of the same spots as you but I got completely different types of images.
You have such a great eye for composition! What is your preferred aperture for street photography?
6:51 - I took the exact same picture on the same spot 5 year ago😅 Wounderfull place 😊
Your POV street photography videos are my favorite photography videos on TH-cam. I wish I could go out and shoot like this.
You definitely can! The more you do something the better you get at it 😊
@@Opticalwander I live in Dubai and you've been to Dubai a few times so you know how tough it is to do street photography here with the laws and the weather, but your videos have inspired me and I have tried 😃
that paving at 3.20 was crazy .
To solve the wind issue you could try using a lav mic like the rode, or the smaller Hollyland Lark M2 and get a deadcat on it or put it inside your shirt but that means you gotta attach a receiver to your Osmo Action for it via usb c, though with a long enough cable you could have the receiver in your pocket probably :D
The best ice cream in the world is red wine ice cream, in Tbilisi Georgia, may be one day you'll visit it)) Amazing city by the way))
This definitely sounds interesting 🤔 I’ll have to visit now!!!
Hi, to improve your sound you could buy a lavalier windjammer and cut it open and do a bit of bodging. Hot glue may be your friend here or run a lavalier mic plugged into your camera and use a furry windjammer on that. I recommend a Rode Lav mic as I think they also include the windjammer.
Thank you for the suggestion I’ll have a play about and see what I can do 😊
I was in Oslo two weeks ago, we took some similar shots. :D
It’s a cool city! I was only there for a few hours unfortunately!
I think the DJI Mic 2 should work with the Osmo Action 4???
Thank you for the suggestion 😊
@@Opticalwander you are very welcome 🙏🏼 I do use the first generation DJI mic and the small wind protection actually works quite okay 👌🏼
Get and pair a DJI microphone to the Osmo action 4 and you’ll have a dead cat as well as AI voice isolation to reduce noise
Next, go to Sweden! 🇸🇪
New channel incoming? OpticalSitting?!
I wonder how many people have launched their bikes into the water from the top opera house 😂
I’m not going to lie! That sounds like great fun 😂😂
I love your videos and always hope that one day I'd meet you somewhere ❤
The sculpture in the water is a piece of art they spent millions on. Not sure what I feel about it but somewhat waste of money imo :)
Ive lived in Oslo for 30 years :) So ive been around to see it all come to life :) Would have loved to shoot with you. Maybe another time !
I’ll definitely be back!! I was only there for 4 hours unfortunately and wanted to go for a quick stroll! I couldn’t miss it. ❤
this is not street photography. what a dump
What would you call it ? I think what you mean is, it doesn’t conform to your narrative of street photography perception. I’m walking in the street. In Oslo. With a camera. taking photos, it’s street photography!
@@Opticalwander are you banned in google or what?
@@vadagasanov1515 Street photography is a vast genre that can be defined in many ways, but it is often characterized by the spontaneous capturing of an unrepeatable, fleeting moment, often of the everyday going-ons of strangers. It is classically shot with wider angle lenses (e.g. 35mm) and usually features urban environments.
There you go, obviously you don’t have Google which is why you’re lost on what defines street photography.
When you save all your pocket money you can buy your first camera and have a rethink
@@Opticalwander you should just block idiots like this and remove their comments tbh theyre not worth the time
