A friend who f mine just passed away a few days ago, he was hit by a drunk driver while riding his motorcycle. We were friends for well over a decade but we played for honor every night for like the last 4 years. We used to get on and talk about the video Misty uploaded that morning and try to imitate it. I'm glad my main has a favorable match up into hito. With JJ i can go for the parry on regular heavys and if they charge it i can dodge the charged heavy with sifu.
Literally. I'm Hella consistent with parrys but sometimes when I'm not locked in I'll be monkeybraining and miss every parry of Hito and just end up looking foolish
I used to main hito until I got bored of it. Honestly, I find them very easy to play against. Most do the same "mixups" and many will barely vary in their lights or kick/spin mixups. I think people just enjoy hating on hito and get frustrated that she isn't magically interruptible with an impulsive light or gb, which is something I run into way more often. Especially now that I play a lot of glad, kensei, and warmonger. I get more annoyed running into uber "safe" characters like gryphon or vg
You know what's more brain dead than heby spam? The era of light spam. I'd rather 1 character who kit revolves around heavies over an entire cast bring able to light spam. It's a skill issue if you can't deal with any character.
So if u cant beat hyper armor variable heavy spam its a skill issues, but if you cant parry a light spammer its not the same? Kinda sounds like a skill issue as well lol
Ngl I feel like hito is the best duel character by far in the game man he has too much in his bag up to the point a casual can just spam heavies n win. A person that knows his bag uses him it’s damn near impossible to beat him

Hito is absolute trash. For a character whose whole kit is mean to specialise in heavy attacks, they do no damage , super easy to parry and dodge
