Madison, If you ever in town and have issues with the van please go talk to Steve at Tuffy in San Carlos Park. He has taken care of so many repairs for us over the years. Our van is almost to 170k miles and still going strong. His guys are great they always give a great breakdown of parts/labor and are the most reasonable in town.

Part of my expenses are internet - seriously considering a Starlink at this point, as I'm remote working in IT and my phone/data bill is about $125-ish a month. Moving to a place with decent 5G or a -usable- WiFi signal sucks when you're on-call and things are on fire...

You are so talented that you can be the "Charlie Harper" (Charlie Sheen in 2 1/2 Men TV show) and create the opening songs for TH-camrs. i like about van life its adventure and trying new things , i watch when feel bored i saw other start small then got sponsorship with nice car, luxury mobile toilets etc, you chanel is different cause you a naturally great story teller ,even though you say something and the opposite like doesn't cost me gas then i paid 14 hundred for intake valve seal leak ,so it took all the gas saving😂

I’m still trying to decide if I want to start with a mini-van or a cargo van 🚐. I figure $950 I’m paying in a mortgage can be my fuel and parking money when I transition to a van. I have a eBay hustle where I sell Walmart clearance items on eBay. I’ve been to hundreds of Walmarts and would sometimes sleep In the back of the parking lot. It’s lucrative and it will work well with Van life.

Yeah I get it that you're still paying for car insurance, gas and even parking but you are already paying for those things including $$$ rent so yeah you are still saving.
gas? oil change? fixing? are you living in the early 2,000s? j/k kinda. we need EVans. fully electric homes on wheels. with the new (coming soon) battery tech, it will become possible. even now it could be (with a large roof real-estate AKA larger footprint vehicle) due to improvements in solar and lifepo, it's starting to become feasilble. also we need better tire tech... which in theory already exists, just not commercialized and mass-produced yet. we do have electric motors of varying sizes and power output. but we are missing is the floor and chassis, highly durable, lightweight and yet affordable.
I live in my motorhome on BLM land because I cannot afford an apartment I don't make enough money on my disability to rent a apartment isn't that crazy so like it or not I live in my motorhome on BLM land 🙋😃💖💕👍
