With respect - showing a vibrant road on a quiet day is not the full picture - this place has slowly been destroyed. The amount of rubbish on side roads, the over population, people pushing and bumping into you while walking, the overcrowding on buses, during the 70s and 80s there was still greenery and space - after the 2000s you see big Lego sets buildings being built everywhere - more overcrowding more corrupt practises and ask the public how frustrating is to find parking. Public services have closed and all the old British stores have closed - instead there are countless clothing, jewellery and repair shops. Speak to someone who lived their during the 70s and 80s - most people have left and it has been flooded by students who have come from abroad - the state of some rental properties are shocking - I’m surprised you must missed the drug addicts and tramps while walking around - a very common site - Southall had so much potential yet has been managed poorly just like nearly every London Borough - I have no hate against Southall but it hurts to think once a civilised place has been turned into what it is today
