Yeah all cities is good, but for butchers, you need to go martlock for city bonus.
And no tame is raising animal (not mount)

No need, guild island don't have farm plot. For farming only in private island.
You can buy premium first from fishing, then start to farm. First max island cost is around 6.5M

Nothing different, It's just that you need to move from city to city to manage the island.

But that's better than you buy other island after first island. After first island, max island cost is 26.5M. If you make some alt then buy premium (example premium is 19M in EU), you still get cheaper max island. You will get mount skin from refferal and you can buy max island in the first for 6.5M. Refferal skin usually worth same as premium price.
