Start with Wonder Tales from your new Button Shys, Anne! You'll love it. Enjoyed your video as usual🙂 Oh, and for digital card games, try Card Crawl and Gnomitaire 🙂
@@GameLikeAMother Anne did you end up getting the physical version of Onirim? Hope so, interested to hear your take on it (and all those expansions!). I recently did a ranking of all the Oniverse games on my channel (there's 8 of them), if you're interested 🙂
I just put your video on my queue of videos to watch! And I haven’t bitten the bullet on Onirim yet. The digital copy just does everything too well for me. Maybe I’ll realize my error after watching your video 😊
Numbsters from button shy is the 9yo’s favorite right now. For apps, they love patchwork, spite and malice (oldie but goody), and super mega lucky box!
Oooh, I looked up Numbsters but it looks like it's out of print right now. I don't usually do a lot of solo play games but I make an exception when it comes to Button Shy. They're short and sweet and I just have one of my kids work on it with me so it's sort of a co-op puzzle game experience. Love the digital game suggestions! Super Mega Lucky Box is one of our favorite family games and I didn't know there was a digital version.
Would you say that deduckto game is like the clue card game? I’ve been playing some older games like scrabble jr with my students. Looking forward to the new grandpa beck’s game!
I haven’t played the Clue card game but I’m familiar with the basics of the game and Deduckto is definitely a couple levels easier. And you know, some of the older games really hold up and it’s great to not forget the classics while trying out new games!
@@GameLikeAMother there is a new version that is a card game. On your turn you pick two things to ask someone like kitchen, rope, or colonel mustard. Then, if the person has at least one of those things you guessed they have to show only you one of the cards. You will eliminate your cards until you have the answer. It seems very similar! I also like monopoly deal-have you played that?
We love Monopoly Deal! And I looked up a how to play for the Clue card game and it definitely has some similar elements but Deduckto has easier setup. Pick the theme that appeals to you, I guess!

Yeah, Wonder Tales is a good one.
Ooh thanks! Good to know Wonder Tales is vetted and approved. And I’m happy about some digital recommendations, checking them out now!
Gnomitaire was perfect for my plane flight yesterday, can’t wait to try out Card Crawl. Thanks for the recommendations!
