That's The Ring, mate. Every minor mistake may cause major damages. You know, I made this experience in 2016 as well. Good thing is that you did not get hurt. And that there are definitely worse places on The Ring to crash. Hope your insurance company covered the whole damage?! Looking forward to seeing you in 2018 with a completely repaired car for new records. ;-))
Sorry mate, but I am not prepared to pay for your risky hobbies. It is OK that you do that, but it would be very unfair if I need to pay for that (indirectly).
This is not a normal insurance he's got. To have insurance on the ring you need to have an expensive racing insurance(Because normal insurance doesn't cover the damage done on racetracks/The ring). So you don't pay for him except when you also have a racing insurance ;)
Actually it depends on if it's Touristenfahrten oder a Trackday. For Touristenfahrten the Nordschleife is handled as a public road and as such different Laws are in effect (Such as Speed Limits and Overtaking rules). So I doubt this is the case in the video but in general normal insurance would cover the crash if you're German and it's a Touristenfahrt.

You know what I thought to myself at 1:30 when you went into that corner at nearly 200kmh? That I take that same corner on Gran Turismo & NFS Shift 2 with LESS speed. I thought thats where you were gonna lose it. Amazing driving man. Everybody makes mistakes. You had great control of the car.

Tu auras toujours des mecs qui vont te dire qu’ils vont plus vite ou qu’ils conduisent mieux etc mais ta mentalité d’assumer ton erreur (qui m’est déjà arrivée) de mordre un peu l’herbe est de loin la mentalité d’un vrai pilote. Stimmt nicht! Man muss das Kleingedruckte in seiner Versicherung lesen. Dort wird angegeben, ob das Fahrzeug bei solchen Events versichert ist, oder nicht.

What was the mistake? I had a big accident (as a co driver), with 140 km/h, on a public road. I the backside slipped away and we turned 4-5 times around. The car was at the front and the end so centimeters shorter.

das kommt halt davon wenn man wie ein Rennfahrer über die Nordschleife fährt! ;-) Aber gut, bei 200+ Runden kann ich das verstehen wenn man dann so fährt. (So fahre ich am PC, aber da macht es auch nix aus wenn ich den Wagen mal crashe.) Auf jeden Fall war das schon sehr flott (hab gestaunt und erst mal den Wagen googeln müssen), aber bei diesen Tempi können sich Fehler halt dann so auswirken. Warum riskiert man seine teure Karre auf dem Ring? Ich fahre auch nen C63s Coupe und klar mir würde das bestimmt mega bock machen, aber ich könnte nieeeemals die Kosten eines Unfalls dort riskieren. Man brettert einfach unversichert und mit wenig Rennfahrerfahrung auf einer Rennstrecke, wo sogar einfach ein anderer Typ in dein Wagen reinfahren kann. Selbst wenn ich nen aufgemotzen Opel Corsa für 2000€ hätte, dann besteht immer noch die Chance in andere teure Autos reinzufahren. Ich kenne da auch nen mega dreisten Typen, der sich sein CLA45 AMG von seinem Papa finanzieren lassen hat und ist direkt in der ersten Woche auf den Ring gefahren damit. Der Wagen hat nun nen Totalschaden. Der arme Vater hat Sau viel Geld für die Karre reingesteckt nur um sein Sohn ne Freude zu machen und er fährt den leichtsinnig zu Schrott. ich wünsche dir echt, dass es dein letzter Unfall dort war.
Könntest du mir vielleicht weiter helfen wär echt nett.Könntest du mir sagen was für Felgen du da oben hast,OZ 18"? Und welches Fahrwerk denn die Kombi sieht super aus hätte ich für meinen auch gerne.
Die Gegenlenkbewegung hätte viel energischer sein müssen, deshalb ist das Heck ausgebrochen...ich wette, dass wäre korrigierbar gewesen. Aber im nachhinein lässt sich das leider so leicht sagen...

Great drive. With these sticky tyres the Cupra is a beast. Good traction out of the corners. I hope it was only bodywork damage.

Man brettert einfach unversichert und mit wenig Rennfahrerfahrung auf einer Rennstrecke, wo sogar einfach ein anderer Typ in dein Wagen reinfahren kann. Selbst wenn ich nen aufgemotzen Opel Corsa für 2000€ hätte, dann besteht immer noch die Chance in andere teure Autos reinzufahren.
Ich kenne da auch nen mega dreisten Typen, der sich sein CLA45 AMG von seinem Papa finanzieren lassen hat und ist direkt in der ersten Woche auf den Ring gefahren damit. Der Wagen hat nun nen Totalschaden. Der arme Vater hat Sau viel Geld für die Karre reingesteckt nur um sein Sohn ne Freude zu machen und er fährt den leichtsinnig zu Schrott.

Typischer Anfängerfehler, im Gras soll man nicht bremsen. Das passiert halt, wenn sich Fahrschüler auf den Ring trauen. Schade ums Auto.

Die Gegenlenkbewegung hätte viel energischer sein müssen, deshalb ist das Heck ausgebrochen...ich wette, dass wäre korrigierbar gewesen.
Aber im nachhinein lässt sich das leider so leicht sagen...
