among the praised bass players i think ,that Dana Strum is highly overlooked... his groove and interesting style is awesome...as well as Blas Elias ,one hell of a flamboyant Drummer!!!
Even for those who may not dig this band, ya gotta hand the mad and underrated bass skills of one Dana Strum! Not too many "glam metal" bands had this awesome bass out front, loud and proud!
I can't explain how much I love this song. Every member is at the top of their game. Possibly the best collective effort they ever did on a song. This is also my all-time favorite Tim Kelly solo. Anyone else also love Tim and Dana going back and forth with each other in the outro? Fucking amazing.
dude. i miss my 87 TA. T tops off, hair in the breeze, crankin Metal, spending every day ridin my 250R 3 wheeler, partying every night. best times ever.
I've been listening to this album ever since I was born. It still feels as though I'm listening to it for the first time even after 20+ years of life. Most inspirational/lyrical album to coincide perfectly with my own life. The Wild Life = Part of my own DNA.
@@Mr99RICH99 And what did you do with your life that's so great? Don't shit on a person for giving themselves to their country, the interest of the establishment doesn't define the people that willingly put their life ahead of their fellow man.
Smitty Steinbrenner thats cause today they are talentless hacks, cannot play shit on their own, they need template music lmfao!! Rock on bro 🤘 and thank you for serving, salutes!!
It's the best. I never liked Slaughter because I'm semi-allergi to glam but this song is perfectly made - the riffs, the tempo, the chorus, the singing.
Feeling down and out? Feeling defeated or powerless? I know.....As sure as a surgeons knife is sharp, as sure as a samurai's sword can cut through steel, as sure as high as the clouds are above you......This song is pure power! God bless the people who wrote and created this musical endeavor.....When I hear this song, I can bend solid steel rods, pu nch through walls , and kick a hole in the sky better than Bruce Lee! Listen to it friends, Be encouraged, and harness the lightening!!! ( the Joker guy beneath me is pretty cool too...)
One day I was at my guess house mark slaughter singing when he scream reach for the sky strong chills went from my neck down my backbone no joke means I was so deep into the music my really first experience was with Ronnie James dio and still have the chills with dio

Proof that there WAS good music in the 90's.
WJ Watkins A lot of 80's hair metal bands continued making good music in the 90's, they were just pushed under the radar since grunge became trendy
