Well done! Engine sounds good, oil pressure came up lightning fast and is really good. Still a little ways to go to get Duke mechanically finished, then clean, and that white paint is pretty darned bland, but consider it to be a blank canvas, ready for some color. The important thing is that your DIY rebuilt engine runs and runs really well. Well done!

Duke now needs everything you can give it, maybe a new front bumper wouldn't be too bad for starters, plus, new rear tail lamps, driver side air cleaner and maybe some replacement rims. Just to make it look more presentable. But DON'T exert yourself in the process, take it one step at a time.
Hi Mike, why is there a front spring spacer block?🤔 You do realize that that truck is worth a ton of money.🙂 That frame done is blues looks great. Looking great Mike, now make a list starting from the front and go to the rear, then just one by one fix all the stuff ya need to, but those rear spring mud flap holders are UG-Gal-Lee need chrome ones! Good job Mike, well done.
Your wheels don't fill the fender wells caus it looks like you have 4in lifter blocks under your front springs. Try taking the blocks out before trying larger tyres. You'll need new "U" bolts if you try it. You did great on rebuilding the Cat C13, should run without any hiccups for years.
You did it again Mike! We knew you could do it. Just took a little patients. Between replacing the windshield on Low&Slow and fixing the wiring with the ECM on Stubby and now a second engine repair, this time with The Duke, you can tackle almost anything with your trucks. And you're saving yourself a lot of money. Now three of your rigs are road worthy. Not bad! Check all your lights now, as mentioned by others, your left rear tail/brake light is out. Do some cable management under hood, as well as routing and securing the hoses. Put the front bumper back on, and I would repaint it blue again, for now. You could put a chrome bumper on later if you want. You're going to need to learn to work with fiberclass now, for Kenny as well as Smokey. Hope you're taking Kenny out for "a rip" now and then too. Now on to firing up Smokey and replace or fixing the gearbox(and alternator as well) on Stubby. Over the winter you can finish the interior of Low&Slow as well. You might want to teach Andrea some hand signals as well. We're all rooting for you. Keep on truckin!

Wow MIKE listen to that turbo whistle as a driver of European truck these days I miss the American engine shear grunt and turbo whistle ,and a rather impressive line up as you enter your drive lane one might think you have a liking for white colored trucks.So old Mate you must be the king of DIY this rebuild is an amazing showing of your skills maybe you should go back to trade school and get your heavy mechanics qualification ,I noticed lift blocks on the Dukes front axle between the springs and axle is that normal fitting ??? great test run mike don,t know what i was seeing but when you pulled out the underside shot looked like a blue hose s and a few wire hanging down low might want to check that out buddy just thought i would let you know very good video
I honestly believe that this truck wants to live as it did come together without a big fight. I like the idea of changing the color of the fenders but is black the real choice.... or even that ford blue frame is kinda loud. I love the charcoal looks on rigs with some ghost flames and maybe some fender inserts to fill some of the gap... so many ways to make one its own look. I don't like the dirt plow look on the deep dish bumpers ... is it a look at rig or a driver?
I really like everything about Duke that’s a fine truck. Definitely my favorite truck. Mr Mike you’re doing a great job. I’ve always liked those trucks with the wide heavy duty wheels and tires like the heavy haulers have.

Try turning off the cruise control when turning on the Jakes. If the cruise switch is on with the Jakes on it should only come on when you press the brake.
With the ROPS and the wet kit off it looks a lot longer, maybe room for a double sleeper, but I think it looks great as is. The only thing I think it needs to look complete is the polished silver strip down the middle of the windscreen panes.

That truck rides nice and smooth. It’s quiet too, road noise and exhaust wise. I think that’s a winner. Take care and keep warm with the firewood.

I'd say it went pretty good for the first test drive after major engine rebuild. Duke will look awesome once you get him dressed up a bit.
