I fitted some of these to my e92 but rather than the BMW symbol I got the ///M logo cause it's an M Sport car, it's a really nice touch.

Such a cheap an easy way to add a classy looking mod. You don't really need the extra wires, the stock connector fits fine without them, I guess they are for people that are tapping into bare wires.
And apparently the logo should face a certain way depending which door you fit them too, so there are passenger side and drivers side logo lights included with the kit. But they look awesome either way imo.
Also check if you rear doors even have lights, mine don't but I ordered four but I only realised when fitting.
mine was a direct plug and play.
It works perfect..and literally took me less than 5 minutes for both. Be careful inserting the male/female as I bent mine.
this was the easiest thing I have ever done to my car lmao. you just plug it in to the wire and that's it.
Wish it was all pop out pop back in. I've bought the turning color lights and figured out I need a electrician, bummer

Does it work with the X6 series? I tried it on my X6 and it wouldn't fit.
Can the orientation be adjusted? I bought these for my 2017 X5. Looks good but can I adjust the orientation of the logo on the light. One of them is turned the wrong direction. Others look good. Thanks.

No he didn't. There's a dial on the side of the projector you can adjust to turn which ever way you want the projector to sit. He just didn't adjust his accordingly when installing. That's all.

The Uber Experiment 745 2003. V easy. Took 5 - 10 minutes to do all 4 and im awful with screwdrivers etc

I noticed these lights on a loaner I got from BMW. I think I'll get them for my wife's 3 series. I also noticed you put the light for the passenger side on your driver door. The logo is supposed to be straight as you open the door.
I think the logo can be turned by hand because i was thinking the same thing...
I'm picking up my brand new g30 tommrow with oem door projectors on the front.... Can't see any aftermarket ones for the g30 5 series... Does anyone know if the ones on ebay amazon etc will work on the g30...

Thanks for doing this video! I installed these lights in my BMW 535i and they look great! The only thing is that I hear a low, continuous buzzing sound when on. Does anybody recommend how to resolve the buzzing sound? Thanks for feedback

some have the prongs some don't, if you get the universale pairs, they wil come, mine didn't come with any prongs.

yes, but some modding may be required
You actually don't need the extra wire that it comes with. I just took my original ones out and plugged the new ones straight in without attaching the new wire it comes with and works fine.

How do you know what the correct door is?
@@Dumyum_ The logo is in the opposite direction. When opening the door, the logo should be showing to the driver going into the car. This should've been on the right side.
@@se7endreams well mines got L and R sticker in the side,So I went by instructions and the Logo reads the Opposite way….

Just got mine for my F30 335XI and the first one I couldn’t get the connector to go in easy so I looked and the prongs are both bent slightly -_-

it all depends on your door. If you have lights then you should be able to swap them easily. Click on the description link and see if they sell it for yours

The little connector wires I think is what expl0de means. I got these and only had the projector lights get shipped. I didn't get any of those 2 connecting wires/adapter thing that's going on there :)

I heared that this chines things can kill our other lights. Is it possible guys? One of my friends says that his led reverse lights die bcs of this fake part.
The difference is that the cheap one gets hot without any additional modifications and thus the logo will gradually get greener

That's more involved as you'll need to cut into your door and run wires. Look up videos for that.
