Making a mount and installing a Wilwood Reverse mount brake pedal assembly (part#340-12509) and dual master cylinders (part#260-6765). www.wilwood.com/ #wilwood #racecar #dragracing #streetracing #streetcar
Wilwood master cylinders come with a bag of plastic fittings and hoses. You attach the hose to the brake line port on the master, then loop it up and back into the reservoir. Put the master in a vice and fill it with brake fluid. Simulate braking by pushing in the pushrod or you can use a screw driver. Pump it until all the air is out.
Can relate to the baby monitor on the workbench lol! Nothing like a quick nap time work sesh!
If I recall the instructions say not to hook it up just from the 1/4 screws. It looks weird with the cylinders pointing toward the driver.
did you go to M&M for the shifter i commented on last video
I checked them out. I ended up ordering one from Precision Performance. It was about half the cost of an M&M and looks way more serious than any B&M.
Did you bleed it?
No. Bench bleeding will come later. I’ll be taking everything apart to paint first.
@@averagedadsgarage do you know the special method to bleed these
