I hiked up Three Fools Cr then switchbacked up and across the Boundary Trail. Spent whole summers in there!

That's a brutal climb! I did that early in my hiking adventures, with one of the heaviest packs I ever carried (rookie mistake lol). Near the top I had to rest every 50 yards or so, nearly killed me but I made it. That was almost 20 years ago, to this day that stands out as my hardest single day backpacking ever.

Have you heard of "Hill 7" in Whatcom County?

Svogflam I had not, but googling it, it appears to be the northern end of Stewart Mountain, trailhead is on Y Road near Lake Whatcom.

hmm...I think of the entire range from south Lake Whatcom/Park Road to near Nugent's Corner on Mount Baker Hwy as being Stewart Mountain, not just the part going south the length of Cub Creek Road from the end of North Shore Drive, so maybe we're talking about the same place. I've got videos both of Cub Creek Road and the other one that perhaps is what you're calling Hill 7: th-cam.com/video/lWFd3QxFzWQ/w-d-xo.html . It's been a few years since I've been up there, but when I last went I noticed the views from the clearcut area up top were starting to be obscured as the brush and trees are growing tall enough to block. So was there something you wanted to tell or ask me about this hike?
