I'd assume season 1 Kaiba Corp is comparable to the richest tech companies while Industrial Illusions is closer to the entirety of Konami but with less spending since it's just cards they make.

You could use fusion tag to your dragon and bring our ojama king with your fusion card polymerization. That would block 2 zones and get you a very strong defense that can be changed into offense with the field spell ojama Land and you would’ve won the duel, bruh
