Pile 1 I am writing out a very detailed list of things that reflect: me in my most aligned self. I happened to watch this video and it aligns with that message as well. I have to be clear and honest with myself so I can be clear and honest with others. I attract what I am. If I say something and it doesn't align with my truth, I must clarify it. I have allowed myself to live in confusion because I let others dictate to me and I just agree, or I disagree but don't want to be seen as unpleasant (seeking outside validation). No longer can I do that it's not a need to be aggressive it's more like I want to be clear of who I am and when another is incorrect about me, I need to make sure I don't leave it as such. So, if they mistake it, I can remind once and if they do it again, I can acknowledge that they do not value what I say thus I can give myself permission to walk away without feeling like I wasn't clear about my intentions or boundaries. Its knowing who I am and creating easy ways to realize who has good intentions towards me and who doesn't.
