I used to buy from Malesiana in 2003-2004 when I started off, glad to hear they still in the business. 4:06 I definitely didn't remember any being that size haha. Not sure if Julianna is still running it. Heard they moved to more mass production of ornamentals and some herbaceous plants.
lowii x campanulata is very fast. I bought a plant about the same size as yours last year and 12 months later it has a leaf span of 10-12cm every leaf and it leaf jumps once every 4-6 leaves.
Looked at this footage again. I had some nasty experiences with importing inside Europe (actually not a true import), my package was "emptied", so the plants were stolen during delivery. But I enjoyed this, perhaps in the future... But now I noticed you coffee-machine and the half-full coffee cup, I recognize this scene ☕. (even the same brand...) Would also love to see al the things You did have to arrange to make this import happen.. (don't mention the prices, perhaps my wife will see ... 😅 But 30 dollar per plant is not that expencive)
My lowii x campanulata holds its pitchers for a long time. It also produces a ton of the white nectar stuff as well. Comparable to lowii x ventricosa in terms of how fast it grows and how long it holds its pitchers.
Hello! Thanks for this video! I am a new Nepenthes collector, and I found out about this channel and it is so helpful! Those Nepenthes look very good! Would I need a permit to ship these to the US? Also, how much is shipping?
To ship plants to another country or to import from another country, you need a permit. And shipping depends on the size of the box, custom fees depends of the value of the plants.
@@IllBeStamped I don't know but the DHL was the same price for 32 plants or 52 plants, because it's the same box. Maybe check DHL website in your country.
Great video, thanks Remi! Hey, do you want any nepenthes seeds? I just harvested seeds for ventricosa x (aristolochoides x ventricosa) and have more than I can plant!
Salut !
@@wmh9783 this is complex as it will depends on the number of plants, your country, etc. But for me it's in essence +1,100 CAD to the total price of the plants before shipping.
Holy mother 😲💯🔥🔥🔥👌🏼 These plants 😲😲😲😍😍😍 Website saved 👌🏼💯🇩🇪✊🏼
That is some really nice Nepenthes plants, I have some Nepenthes myself and I cant describe how much i love them! Happy growing!!!
Great video! I hadn’t thought about dunking them; that is a great idea! Your pants are looking gorgeous as always!

My contact was Juliana ;)
Great plants! I appreciate the longer videos
Haha yes, but some topics/tutorials need to be short to avoid the fluff ;)
Just Wow! What a selection, I am sure they will do great in your care 😊🌱
Congrats! Theres nothing quite as fun as an unboxing! :)
Thanks! I can't wait to show you them once they pitcher back!
Fantastic unboxing Remy! I enjoy watching the collection grow.
Thanks 👍

Nice unbox, good to see your collection expand 😊
Thanks!
I'm seriously thinking about placing an order with them now, great unboxing! How long did it take to ship? Did u choose the large or normal size?
The shipping is around 10 days :) I only had a list of plants without info on the size.
It’s also important to make sure that the plants you are purchasing haven’t been poached
Yes, that's why I use trusted sources. But with all the government check from export to import, I feel it would be caught, no?
very nice
Magnifique! tu as eu beaucoup de problèmes avec le/les permis d'importations?
Non, c'est pas rapide mais ça a été.

Premise: I've never bought Nepenthes online, so I'm not familiar with the shipping.
"it's very well packaged!"
Whips out a paper burrito.
I chuckled.
You are right! They do look like burrito 🌯 😂

Do you fill it with 1/3 rain water or let it fill it self back up with it's natural fluids?
I fill them with rain water yes. The pitchers never fill back after the fluid is gone. ;)

How do you order from their site? I've tried clicking Add To Cart and nothing happens
Their website is under construction 🚧 try to email them directly. ;)
Hello! How did you order from them? Seems like they do not sell nepenthes anymore?
Directly from them yes. And they still sell Nepenthes for sure.
