    Its a Asset .once u invest its give u 💰 life time,not only yours but next-generation.make sure its available for rent. its not applicable for single flat( its give u slower money) Make sure you purchase a good land in a market area. and build your home for rental Its give u a much more money then u have think. And a big pros is its not risky as mutual funds ✌subjected to market risk✌

    those people who were saying invest in mutual funds dont pay excess amount to complete your home loans are now silent, the people who were saying that buying a home is a bad deal than mutual funds are proved wrong today.... markets will go down further for shorter duration but in long run these markets will break old highs thats for sure... 2008 has come

    Nice plan , but home loan no one gives 48L if he gives also as u said EMI will be like 38k plus something if he is paying only EMI 38k leveing home maintenance food and other expenses his salary will like 1L plus or own business he is rich nothing changes happens to him, tell home loan plan for middle class ppl for 20k salary or 25k

    Sir, we take home loan of rs 30 lakh 7 year ago.. loan tenure is 20 year. Done partpayment also.. Now remaining loan amount is 13 lakh and 13 year tenure remaining. Doing sip also. Question Is finish loan amount asap or continue as it is? which option will beneficial.. pls suggest

    I've Rs. 23L FD in sbi for 5 years and I want to take od above full fd for 4 years. I think it's better than home loan. Getting od from sbi @ +0.50. Which is lower than home loan interest. On the other hand, my fd will earn interest as well. So, would it be a good decision? Just need your suggestion.
