It is hard to get a savage with layla at a high rank like epic or above because Layla does not have a Dash move so she can't escape a deadly attack and heroes like Harith outclasses Layla alot because Harith can dash alot while doing a combo so Layla is kinda like a "test your luck" situation (btw,if you want to choose layla at a high rank, Invite a friend that is good at using tanks"

Whenever enemy team pick Gatot i always pick Diggie to counter it's CC Skill. Almost every match my team trashtalked 'Why u pick hero with no damage' 'Useless hero' 'Pick some damage lah' and then i saved them 5 times from Gatot CC and win, eventhough i got no MVP they all silent after win.
Mostly on Indonesia server/player think that having a lot of damager can lead to victory and usually ban on OP/Damager hero, when i ask to ban hero with deadly CC like Jhonson, Gatot, they all would refuse and ban on OP hero instead :/ and then sometime i lose and being blamed. They would sometimes recommend picking hero they recommended, mostly yeah, damager hero too, even it's tank :/ like Mino, Hylos, etc who have limited CC skill range/CD time.
I was like, 'Man, enemy got deadly CC why pick more damage hero rather than one that can counter it' or 'Can't you even play properly dude'
I hate that kind of player that always looking for kill and mocking underrated hero. I agree that, no matter rate of a hero, it's all depend on the pilot skill to make good maneuver.
Mostly here people won't even budge for this kind of comment. They prefer trash talking over everything else lmao. gonna upvote +1 for this one.

@RD Policarpio lol, no. Even with timing against a Chou, Aldous or Gusion, that is a DEAD layla. Natalia is an exception if she doesn't have passive or 2nd skill. If Natalia has either two, she's dead. Any assassin or fighter or mage or damage dealing tanks and some mm can take out Layla. Layla can only take out marksmen and mage, supports, fragile tanks, few fighters and few assassin by herself.

@@rapzasibug7424 I've been called a noob during the battle (playing as layla) by my allies... I got the MVP later on. And the trashtalker got a bronze.
It's because Layla's kills are often supported throughout the fight, especially by tanks so all in all, she doesn't deserve those kills, it's only thanks to the effort of other heroes because Layla is easy prey without support.
It must be so easy to praise Layla at such a low rank, you'll learn differently when you get to Epic/Legendary rank and above
@@VladGrim I'm epic 1, with 3 stars. My mastery with Layla is almost complete. So when people say 'report Layla' for no other reason than Layla being Layla, it effing hurts. I get kills while being solo as well. I mostly stay by the turret until I'm level four, while poking away the enemies. Its easy to kill them if they don't have a another marksman by their side. If they do, I can pretty much survive as well. So you are just underestimating Layla.
@@grinch9544 Um no, if you've gone to Legendary level, mostly marksmen are difficult to use especially because that level has many skilled assassin users and Layla is food (especially because of her lack of speed and she is the slowest marksman) even if she sticks to the turret althrough out
Enemies can enter turret range and still be able to get killed by assasins such as hayabusa (an ultimate skill without minions? Dead meat) selena, and gushion especially
And in my experience as tank, I always have to stick with the marksman all the time (but even then Gushion users can easily kill Layla behind my back) and near mythic level, being a marksman main is very difficult, tanks are meta by at that point unless you've stuck with marksmen with mobility such as moskov or Claude
I'm surpised if anyone in my place has survived using Layla at that rank, but maybe you're not in an asian server, if you're not, you're playing casually.
So overall, I'm sticking to 'Layla' sucks

And I have experience play with 5 Mage team, 5 Fighter team, 5 Assassin team, 5 Tank team and you know what happened? I won that game, cause we all have enough skill and experience to make us brave to do that in Ranked. Hope this answers your Q

And If you want to know, 5 MM team will never happened in my ranked match because I will use Alpha that is Damage Absorb and Damage Dealer at the same time. So it wilk be no problem at all.

Idk why, but this reminds me of a situation that happened to me and my bro in ranked.
There was a gusion in the enemy team and guys I can tell, he was so freaking toxic. I chosed Irithel and he always said in the game that we should just surrender and that especially I am the baddest noob.
At the end we won and I was even better than him. He didn't said anything after that and I bursted out laughing.
These people are so mean these days.

I have encountered such type of people, I dont know how people can be so mean over a game, what really matters is to have fun playing, but every one is so distracted with kills. Sometimes I wish there was no such features to talk to any of the players

I'm an Irithel user, too. As of now, I haven't encountered any trashtalker yet everytime I use Irithel. So I think I don't have any problem with that. The real problem is: How to make your connection faster without using wifi? I only use data connection 😂 So most of the time, the game's lagging and it irritates me. Just sharing tho. I liked this comment..the reason why people dislikes odette its because she has no mobility..which means that assasins like hanzo can easily kill her 2nd once she's being crowd control i mean stun slow knock up she can be easily killed cause like i said in no.1 she has no mobility if i were you better pick odette when your enemy has no assasins
I will add some..odette is one of squishy characters so in teamfights..her ult can be easily cancelled by everyone which is bad advantage for her so if you want to pick odette make sure you have also a tank that will protect like js..dont forget that dont play solo in lanes cause fighter and assasin will only treat you like a food
TH-cam Ayelista as an Odette main, I admit that she has no mobility. But you can easily use purify while using her Ultimate. I can intentionally lower my health and make the enemy try to come into my turret and then immobilize them.

I got trash talked the other night for using execute on my hero sun. This Dyroth player keeps calling me stupid and the hanabi player threatened to report me because I refused to use inspire. For me, inspire is great if its early, with proper items, we can have the same effect later on in game. Execute is like chasing prey. Long story short, we lost, but it so happens it was the dyroth player who was dumb and had 10 deaths.
After the game I told the hanabi player that we all have our styles to playing the game,just don't dictate how others play and end up bossy or worse, stupid.
I use layla and now im mythic believe me or not 😊 it's not the hero it's the person who's using it.
Layla sucks in mythic even if a pro uses her, it's enough if the enemy team has saber..

Rank game, I'm still new and I chose Layla, the game hasn't even started as well and they were trashtalking me and onwards to the game. When I destroyed the enemie's base then they replied with "Wow galing pala" (Wow, she's good) [or something like that] then I was the MVP (24 kills 5 deaths or was it around 7 or 8 not sure) then yeah.
Even if I get trashtalked or die and got defeated using Layla, I'd still play her she was the character who taught me to play the game and get stronger. ♡

People is judgmental when i comes to hero like layla and others , True Layla maybe lacking in some area compare to other meta heroes but playing this game requires a great build, right strategy and Good Teamwork. And trashtalking ruins somebody's gameplay esp your teammate being bullied because he/she use layla and that is not a good attitude of any player. Using meta heroes doesn't you are strong it requires you to coordinate you play with your team mate , have a great plan to counter act enemies strategy ect. Layla is easy to use and with a great build she can be a force to be reckoned with. Players must understand it is not about the Hero you use why you win the game/ match but how you and your teammate coordinate with each other regardless someone is using hero like layla. Remember if you start trashtalking your teammate it will ruins his/her strategy and you also will lose focus in your game so instead trashtalking someone support each other to win the game
