At first, I started eating properly, and I was able to exercise. I think it's good that I can spend the time I'm exercising without thinking about anything. I tried filming, but I can't concentrate at all yet, so I'm going to wait a little longer for making a video. I think I'll be back by November. Thank you so much for worrying about me.
