Literally nothings working. This is sooo frustrating I literally was online and hour ago downloading games. I accidentally canceled an update and my account signed out. Now I'm completely stuck out of my profile. I even deleted my cache thinking that was the issue. Now I don't even have my profile on there. So bogus

Dude same it's saying there's an issue with my credentials. I turned off and on reoccurring I changed my password? Like bruhh I was literally signed into it and hour ago I deleted my profile cache now I can't even get it back. So frustrating

I have the same problem, I get Xbox live ultimate with a gift card and can't change billing on/off
Same with me i deleted the account and now it won't let me download it back
I figured it out just turn on recurring billing and change your password it worked for me
