Thank you! Yes it can be a pain to get things tailored but it's sometimes avoidable given we all have such different body types. I wonder if hemming is a free service they do in store. That would be amazing if they did. And YES! A petite line would be great!

The Marina is so lovely! It's one of my favourites right- I crave wearing it everyday! I got this during the 15% off sale which helped with the price. Always keep an eye out for sales. It's hard with Doen b/c they're not consistent. I think maaaaybe the next time they will do a sale will be for Mother's Day. And they also do a kind of clearance at some point but again you never know when. Keep an eye on some secondhand shops! The real real and @noihsaf.bazaar, and @doensecondhand are all good places to look.
@@KaitBos Thank you for the reply, and the advice! I first shopped at Doen during their sale at the start of August last year - I assume that's the clearance sale you meant! It was nice to get a chance to try a brand I was so curious about at lower prices, and I'd been saving up hoping to get the Nima dress, but it sold out in my size a few days before the payday when I could afford it. But then they had the sale like the next day so it turned out to be good fortune. Since then I've gotten a few more things, most of which I did get secondhand. The Marina dress is a lot more expensive, though, so i'm hemming and hawing and trying to find reviews of it before I make up my mind. You've been one of my favorite bloggers since I got into Doen, so i was so happy to see it in this video! It drapes so beautifully on you, and I am obsessed with the print.
I have been binge watching your videos but so far I haven't come across how you budget for your clothes or if you budget at all.... I will keep watching but was curious none the less. :)

Debating getting that Antoinette dress and I was wondering if you could recall if the front top half of the dress is lined? I know you mentioned the back is not lined. Thank you for your help!!

I'm loving this season of Doen's fabrics and my collection is also growing; however, I do have to limit what I keep just cause they are pricey. Do you have any tips to buying and budgeting for their items? Thanks!
Their spring collection is so good! You're right that they're pricey. I know some people who do a 1 in 1 out rule so they sell something else. I sell clothes maybe 2x a year but it's mostly to pair down my wardrobe. For me I do have a high clothing budget but my overall budget isn't completely even. My beauty budget is dismal 😂 I also don't own a lot of jewelry and what I do get I ask for as gifts or gift cards. No one ever surprises me for gifts 😂 I make money through affiliate links on here (found in comments) and my blog, and through LiketoKnow.it. So I use my commission on sales to buy more clothing.
Yes it’s perfect for breastfeeding! I ordered the plaid too! I think the lovisa is one of my favourite styles from them. The white is a dream to sleep in.

Everything was beautiful! But very see through... I’m not a fan of having to wear a slip. Especially here in Key West, it’s just too hot for that. But I do think the nightgowns will work!
You can become addicted to anything, including expensive clothes. Give to the homeless. Volunteer at a foodbank. Narcissism is ugly, and beautiful clothes can not cover that up.
