I have heard from them, even now, that they are proud, but I don't think they know what it means quite yet, until this Age of Deception is over for good.
I am no longer practicing Christian faith but I was raised in a fundamentalist Baptist family and as a result of that I committed to memory vast passages of the Bible. this is crucial for recognizing m e changes in the Bible. it's kind of a party gag now that I use asking people about the lion and the Lamb. they always say oh yeah yeah yeah I remember that. And I said you know that's not in the Bible? And I always get a look like, what's the punchline? of course it is.
Your memory is very important right now. Please transcribe and tape the passages you have memorized. Share them. Clearly the priests and pastors didn't commit much to memory since they are denying the ME changes. You are a rarity...The Eastern cultures knew the importance of oral traditions, they knew they couldn't trust written documentation. The Vedas were passed down for thousands and thousands of years orally, through memorization like you. Sanskrit actually means "sans" without, "skrit" writing.
John! Thank you so much, you are such a rock! I wanted to pass on that the Book of Mormon also has the Lord's Prayer ME with debts and debtors (3 Nephi). Regarding the KJV, I was listening to uncensored media and one discussion was about how the original Greek still had "wine skins." (vs. "bottles" as an ME), another different group was contacting someone in Israel and comparing ME changes, even the Hebrew has been ME'd! I'm wondering if some of these ME changes go back to the Dead Sea or Nag Hammadi Scrolls?! I would guess not, because I'm feeling that only the hand of God is powerful enough to create these MEs, and that the KJV is so severely affected, is pointing that The Word...HAS BEEN... distorted (pre MEs). I always felt after reading what I could of Jesus' words (in and out of the canonical texts), I could sense his personality...a little witty, with a hint of sarcasm at times. I'm looking at the MEs (biblical and not) as giving a glimpse of The Mind of God, personality?... playful?, poking a little fun at us humans, but at the same time with a benevolent sense of urging.
later on during the Q&a, I like when he said God is taking off the training wheels. My dad was one of those literalist s who would argue all day long over a couple of words meanings. And he missed the forest for concentrating on one tree. And I never could see eye to eye with him because of that. he loved mixing in OT judgmentalism into everything. And I said all along, Jesus fulfilled the law, so there's no more need for all of that OT judgment and rules. when you give your heart to Jesus, and I'm saying this the way I did back in the day because today I am no longer a believer in that religion, but I said when you give your heart to Jesus, that's superceds the scripture. And there are parables Jesus told to try to get through to people to stop focusing on the words and love with their hearts. he had example after example in his teachings of how your motives are more important than your actions. My dad always believed that the ends justify the means if one more person gets " saved ". If a few centuries ago he would have agreed with the inquisitors. burn people who don't obey the book to the letter.
No longer a believer? You can't be a born again spirit filled Christ follower and then one day decide... no that's not for me anymore. Then you never truly were saved!
One day, many will know the truth, and the Truth Shall set them free! One day, even your family will know, and be so proud of you!
