We have this in South Africa its called rooster brood in English roasted bread we will have it with a braai which is a wood burning fire.
We normally have tomato and onion and cheese on,put on grill very scrumptious.

They should have one person to be a cashier. This shop have the same person touch money and make some dessert for customer. It will make the food not clean then people will get sick after they eat.

A lot of people mentioning about sanitation, but in countries like Thailand it is normal. I am from the Philippines and it is the same; there is a saying in my home country that you have to eat germs sometimes. Food stalls aren’t really meant for foreigners and if you are going to give a go then eat at your own risk. Yes, there is is a ton of street traffic and exhaust from the all the vehicles plus, any street pollution.
Street food are very much a part of Thai and Philippine culture.
So ur trying to say continue the mistake or wrong

Plus, the exhaust fumes enveloping the food? Hot weather? Yet, we should be only concerned with someone who is wearing gloves touching dirty money?

This video is so crazy to me. The worker lady at the beginning just stops traffic and places steel barricades on a street by herself. The setup for the business looks so tiring and you have to wonder why don't they just have a store? Lastly, the bread looks like wrinkled King's Hawaiian rolls that are stuffed with jelly or syrup.

The person who handles the foods should not touch money. It's unsanitary. There's needs to be one person whose job is to handle money and making changes for customers. In doing so, it's more efficient and less unsanitary.
