When I tell you this you will think back over her other videos and it will strike you. She is conducting the music - all of the time. The best I can figure, she does it instinctively, even when performing solo. She started out conducting the Gospel Choruses and Choirs in church. More importantly, she is the musical arranger for all of her Stage and Festival performances and no doubt conducts a great deal during the practice and rehearsal sessions.
