Kevin and Roman are too beautiful skaters that urgently need a jumping specialized coach or a more technical coach like Illia's father for example. Because it's quite clear that Kevin and Roman's coaches are incredible with artistry and skating skills but are lacking the competence to visualize what's wrong with their jumps to point out how they could fix the problem😢
At best, he is physically injured and not yet ready to take on the rigors of daily training. At worst, he no longer believes in himself. I wonder if Stéphane Lambiel might be able to turn things around for Kevin? He achieved phenominal results with Shoma.
@@emmamotet3225 You might be correct. I think if I were Kevin, I would do like Virtue & Moir did and take a year off, heal his body properly and, if he is able, skate in a few shows. He'd make some money, get the satisfaction of performing, and he'd get a much needed mental break from the pressures of everything involved with being a competitive athlete. Then, if he wants to, come back with a fresh new perspective on his skating.
I guess he forgot that you’re suppose to land on one foot … oh well…. Competitions is not where you should dump your mental health issues, deal with it privately and give space to the ice for someone who really wants it.
