This mode is a little weird. It's just the game of the year with small differences, new cutscenes, harder special stages and a new checkpoint special stage. Going backwards with the emeralds map was cool and the fact that you can already fall off of the stage in the first special stage already tells you that the other emeralds will be tough.
@@rokibulhasan699 oh they're tough, but not impossible to get. The special stages were very tough for me, but I was able to get three emeralds on my own. I had to cheat for the rest, because the fourth emerald was always out of reach, no matter how hard I tried.

Spoiler ahead for the encore mode: Can someone explain the good ending for encore mode to me? I just got the good ending for the first time, and I'm completely confused over it. Where did Dr. Robotnic get sent too? And in the bad ending, that big robot guy took the shadow emerald, implying he's a bad guy. So I assumed he's the real final boss. But when you get the good ending, the robot guy is with Sonic and friends, like he's a good guy? I really am so confused over this ending. :( Can someone explain it to me, please?
