Just found you guys about a month ago and I LOVE your videos. I am a third generation Polish American and absolutely love learning new Polish recipes and taking tours of Poland with the two of you. Thank you for all that you do!
Absolutely one if not THE Best TH-cam Channels to watch for both foods and travel adventures!! I subscribed during my first Polish Your Kitchen TH-cam Video months ago. Such a beautiful couple and they share their love of Poland, Polish Foods and each other!! I really enjoy watching them have fun as they make these wonderful videos!! Congratulations once again Anna and Mark!! And I hope you took a cheese bread home to your daughter!! 😯😊😊😊👍👍👍😎❤️(Rob Allen in Thailand)
I wish I could come visit your amazing country. I would have enjoyed everything that you ordered. It was heart warming to see the charming loving relationship you share. How wonderful to be able to explore and taste your way traveling. May you always have happiness together. 💐
You guys are the best. that all looks delicious. At some point hit a "zapiekanka" joint than show us in your kitchen how to make it with American ingredients
You guys having way to much fun. I find myself grinning through the whole video. And then ther is the ending....laugh out loud stuff . Love it. Thank you !
Love your videos, wish I was there the food looks delicious. I love how you banter back and forth and Mark you get so involved with your food and do your seated happy dance. Can not wait to see more of your videos.
Hi guys , I have been a subscriber for some time now and definitely enjoy all your videos but this one in my opinion is exceptional because of the delicious food and of course your presence with banter , thank you so much for giving us a glimpse of Poland , keep up the excellent work , take care .
you guys are a cute fit, very charismatic andf love the tattoos...you caught the atmosphere of the city quite well...Nice, cozy little Georgian Restaurant. I love that you're also showing the background...we also did an interview of how Khinkali were made at a Georgian restaurant in Düsseldorf called Pepela. We still have to upload it. My german bf and I have a Georgian Language and Culture (plus Travel) themed channel and would be happy if you stopped by as well. Maybe we could also collaborate on a video sometime, if you guys feel like it (over distance). Raoul really loves Ajaruli Chachapuri as well. You guys should try Georgian Lemonades like cream soda and tarragon Lemonade and ojakhuri. I love the little illustration on how to eat khinkali, I think other restaurants should also use these kinds of instructions...not just for the khinkali... Thumbs up!
I love to see you enjoy yourselves at the local restaurants! It's so interesting to see what is offered. And it looks delicious! My mouth was watering. MMMMM Please do more of these. Thanks for sharing!
I would fly to (insert unspellable city name here) and make a beeline for that restaurant and order the very same meal you had. Epic food coma enjoyment. Great episode! I am now going to eat my way through my kitchen and whine.
Those Georgian food looks really delicious. Have tried the boat shaped pastry with cheese and egg but not the rest. The dumpling is similar to the Chinese Xiao Long Pau. Yum 😋
Love everything about your show my grandparents came to America from Poland and I remember eating some of these dishes until grandma passed away in 1980 so now I've been trying some of your recipes and loving it keep up the great work thank you very much
Great video!! Everything looks so good and you describe the taste so well. It was nice to see the chef making some of the food. You get along so well, I love all of your videos. I wish I could subscribe more than once!
Wow! That looks amazing. We live in Michigan so we can’t easily visit Szczecin but we will try to make the dumplings at home and see how they turn out. We live in Michigan but I myself was born in Elbląg. There’s an amazing restaurant there called Studnia Smaków. My friend took me there on my last visit. Try it out when you are close.
Please tell the chef on your next visit it was very kind to show us how he makes dumplings. I had never heard of them before. He makes it look so simple to make the little dumpling " purses" (?) but I would probably fumble the dough and make a mess LOL I enjoy learning of cusine from other countries.
Can you show us Polish farms and how they operate? Also more historical sites that give us a sense of Polish history? I love your channel! My grandparents were Polish immigrants and I would like to know more about Polish history including how government shapes Poland today., Thanks for the Polish food adventures! Without a doubt Polish food is the best!!
Wszędzie dobrze, ale w domu najlepiej. Nawet w gruzińskiej kuchni. Nota bene - dawno w tym nowym Starym Mieście Szczecina nie byłem. Teraz mam przymus. Pozdrawiam
Wonderful! These remind me of Chinese hot broth dumplings. Definitely will try next time I'm back in Szczecin. Love your banter and look forward to next Friday video!
Firstly, I would like to congratulate you on your channel, I enjoy it very much. Each episode reminds me of my childhood in Szczecin. I am coming to Szczecin for my mom's 85 birthday in late September and would love your opinion on Willa West-Ende. My mom wants us to hold her birthday reception there. On another subject, you definitely made me want to try the Georgian restaurant especially the dumplings. They remind me of my favorite Chinese one - Xiao Long Bao. Also, I would love to meet you in person for a drink or lunch. Best, Mirek
We’ve never been to Willa, but it looks wonderful. We’re in the States till September so we won’t have time to investigate for you unfortunately. I’m sure it will great though. Thanks for watching!
@@markhurning8051 Thanks for letting me know. I live in San Francisco. If your USA trip takes you somewhere close by, let me know and I am happy to recommend my favorite places around here.
This episode made me very angry... well hangry and wishing I had some of that right now. Love your videos, and love Mark's happy seated dance when he gets into good food. I do that too.
Your food looks so-o-o-o yummy, I'd gladly join you if I could. I'm not Polish but love that kind of food. Wish someone talented would open a Polish foods restaurant in my area. It's a shame that only Mexican and Italian foods are common in the US, when we are a mixed bag of nationalities. Please keep up your vlog and show us around your country.
That cheesy-eggy pie thing made me pull some bread dough out of the freezer to thaw. It won't be the same, but I'm going to try and make a mock version. I love your field trips and your hidden jem looks like a wonderful place to live.
I think I subscribed after the first video of your's that I saw. I love your channel. BTW the food at that Georgian restaurant looked deliscious. Please keep your videos coming. I love to see them. Mike
All of the food you ordered looks heavenly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks so much for another Great Video! If I ever make it over there, do you think they would also have some cold Coors light on their menu?😊🧀🥨🍻
How can you torture us like this? The food looks amazing and I would love to try it but I'm probably not going to get there in the near future. I hope you enjoyed this meal!
AMAZING. I knew nothing about Georgian cuisine. Educational but now I'm hungry to try all those delicious dishes. I'm going to search for a Georgian restaurant here in Sydney. Wish me luck 😊
My tops are Gdansk, Torun, Krakow, Warsaw, Malbork, Wrocław not in any particular order. I could spend weeks in each city exploring. Thanks for watching!
All the food looks very good. But, there is no way I could eat that much! Do they serve iced tea in Poland? Grandma Sue in central Indiana and Izzi Too

Kitchen's Closed always makes me long to go to Poland. Someday I certainly hope!
Nie widzę przeszkód! Tak rzekł koń, którego zapytano czy chciałby pobiec w Wielkiej Pardubickiej.
Zapraszamy!
I ate these types of Georgian dumplings in Moscow. I'll have to visit Poland after covid.

What is the name of the Georgian Cheese they used with the mozzarella
How were the dumplings made? Do they boil, bake ?
They`re boiled for 10 to 15 minutes.
