so I'm using this house to help build new bloxburgers homes ( I'm not one of the old players who deletes it) and its the perfect size! I have such positive feedback from every new player I build this for!
This is mid price (930 pounds) for people complaining about a sink in the bathroom use a rounded shower then put the boxed sink next to it, since the door is diagonal for the shower (sorry if this doesn't make sense I'm bad at explaining things). This is a great house, I added different furniture but the build itself is great!
BTW those who get confused with the floor all you got to do is press the grey button next to the cancel button and you can do what you need to do:)👍 You got to press manual.

Easiest tutorial I’ve ever followed, so much easier with the voice over and without the constant deleting of items.
The constant deleting stuff is so annoying

You do move fairly fast, i also suggest stating what gamepasses youll need to exactly replicate the build at the start
