There are many brilliant people applying to same job so it will be a tight competition. I advice you focus on being a good fit for the position. That is more most important . Nothing is easy out here. And the selection process is quiet rigorous.

I chose Sweden because I was used to Sweden and my son had adapted so well to the educational system during my master's studies. Aside from that Sweden is a beautiful place and they give particular attention to women and children. So my husband and I felt it will be a nice place to raise our kids.

No, no specific Grades, every position is different. But good grades are VERY important.

It depends. You can be lucky if your Master's thesis was very good or if you have a profession that is much needed in a project.
