However I was more enchanted by her performance of "I will give everything" with Jang Sa Ik in the same episode. She rarely sings that sort of traditional Korean meets Western song.

I wish people would react to Sohyang's more recent original music, but I understand why they don't. Most are religious such as very recent "Blessing" and somewhat recent "Freedom" and "The Star" but all are very different from what people expect. "Higher" is her best recent pop song, especially the acoustic versions.
