Roatan Shipwreck Snorkel

The shipwreck near Crawfish Rock on Roatan's north shore provides an opportunity for an up-close look at Nature's ability to transform a wrecked ship into a beautiful habitat for countless fish & coral. On an August night in 1899, the Snyg, sailing under a Greek flag, was blown onto the reef by a powerful northern storm. What remains is a shallow wreck easily accessible for exploration by snorkelers.
