Could you make a video doing an eye exam in mandarin including refraction? I have lots of mandarin speaking patients and i fumble through the words but would like to sound more professional when getting through the eye exam..

醫師您好，看了你的影片覺的很專業，有個問題想請教一下。我從小有外斜視，沒有弱視，左眼近視度數高，右眼度數低，有交替視，左眼大，右眼小。20歲的時候做了手術，恢復的還不錯，基本可以雙眼同時看，但因為大學的時候看書比較多，左眼度數進一步增加，而右眼幾乎不增加，然後現在看近不能持久，左眼特別疼，影響生活，我看了一些資料感覺是左眼內直肌受傷了，右眼不疼。我看了好幾個醫生和驗光師都說不出左眼疼的原因。你有遇到過這種病例嗎，棱鏡能不能解決我這個問題？謝謝！

您好，謝謝您的留言。外斜眼睛看近本來就會比較吃力。聽起來像是眼睛過度使用過度調節造成的不適，多休息應該就好了。菱鏡可能可以幫助眼睛放鬆，讓看近時眼睛不用那麼用力，可以試試看喔。

多謝！我這情況好幾年了。休息好了左眼會好一點，但看近還是不能持久。看人的時候很緊張，害怕右眼飄出去，不能放鬆，我感覺是左右眼內直肌肌力不平衡，但也不知道哪裡能測這個。

請問醫生問題，配眼鏡驗光度數是25度，50，75，人工晶體度數計法是否相似。我的視野圖是-300 和 -200可是眼鏡店是給我-200 -150，散光度數同視野圖相同，但配眼鏡，每次線位都不同，為何如此。我自從白內障後，看東西左右眼不同大小影像，有時會不習慣。

有白內障的話會影響度數喔 所以要找到一個適合你需求的度數。眼鏡和人工晶體度數是一樣計算法喔
