I would say go with spiral, but your isophyne is duped which make it a tough choice. I suggest to go with the missing element in your roster: Isophyne will be great for nullifying buffs and spamming specials especially against champs with buffs, and in the other hand spiral for DOT damage and solid special damage if you ramped her up
