As far as cutting vegetables is concerned, if we spend 1 or 1 and half hour in a day to wash, dry and cut the vegetables for one week (even snakeguard, pumpkin etc.,) and store in separate air tight plastic boxes ( in fridge) it will be easy to cook. Even we can prepare tamrind water and store. I'm doing the same.
