  • In this video we are going to explore the Historical city Lahnstein. It is located in Upper Middle Rhein valley which is a Unesco World Heritage site. Lahnstein is situated at the confluence of the river Lahn and Rhein, approximately 6km south of Koblenz.
    Lahnstein offers scenic and picturesque landscape, Roman history, fairytale palaces and forts. It is a beautiful old town with extensive hiking route network, delicious local cuisine and many more.

      Hi Dennis yes indeed it is a beautiful town. It looks amazing specially from Rudi-Geil Brücke. On the left you see the Castle and on the right side gently flowing Lahn. 😊

      @@lifeessenceful My favourite place in Lahnstein is the Rheinwiesen, near the Gymnasium and where the Lahn flows into the Rhine. There, I often played football with my friends when I was a teenager. Or the Biergarten on the Rhine is also a great place.
      If you like tracking or hiking, then you should try out the Ruppertsklamm. 🙂
