I love extra things on my keyring lol. The secret is not to have a long lanyard. Mine was sent to me by a buddy from HS who now has his own fitness clothing line. It’s like 2” wide but only like 7 inches long. One thing I’ve noticed is that people with longer, thinner lanyards often get them tangled with the keys. I’ve never had that problem. I can put more stuff on my keyring because of this. I have a permanent match, a tiny oil rig drill bit replica cause that’s the best damn job i ever had. A bottle opener, and now ima buy one of these lol

    I have a Nitecore TUP,
a TINI 2 and this light.
The TUP is a little bulky and is not
flat which makes it harder to handle.
The TINI 2 is very small
but the TIP SE is a really nice size.
You don't get the OLED display with this TIP SE but I think
it might be my favourite of the three.
I use them with a neck lanyard.
    An excellent review, as always.

Thanks for sharing. I recently bought a $1 dollar light with pocket clip at Walmart. A storm took the power out last night and it proved useful, but I wished it were brighter. Hey it was a buck. I will consider the NiteCore Tip SE or the Tip 2, I saw after checking the link. Love that they made it with 2 buttons. I maybe among the last people left that wants less multi-function buttons and switches.

The Turbo setting really doesn't matter since it's only good for several minutes before it steps down to the lower setting. I'm more interested in how long the run time is on the medium and high settings since that's what your going to be using most of the time. Good review like your channel 👍.

I keep mine in "demo mode." This video overlooks the demo mode override mentioned in the instructions that were cast aside. With demo mode enabled, powering the light back on within 3 seconds of the automatic shutoff will temporarily override the demo mode and leave the light on until switched off via the pushbutton. This arrangement works just dandy for me. If a button does get accidentally pressed the longest the light will run is 30 seconds. If I need it to run longer than that, all I need to do is turn it back on within 3 seconds of the auto-shutoff and I'm set. Accidentally bumping the button shouldn't be much of an issue for those who are complaining about the lack of a lockout.
