Well you can get spokes and rims from dime city cycle and wheel hubs from Ebay but my wheels are original and forks is also original. But got new progressive spring

My is 78 Gs760 regular they're come in spokes wheel for my model but they had many models as B,C and N type some of that come with mag wheel . On late Gs model like 80 and up only come with mag wheel : on front forks I did low the frame for 2 inches and rear 1 and half inches low
You can tryouts but don't recommend for a beginner cause it's fast and very heavy, I think you should get small bike first like 250 cc or 500cc bikes it easier to controlling
No. These old cafe racers dont have the power to weight ratio that street bikes today have. A 750 has some power but it eont raise the front tire off the ground. A 450 might be a good choice but itll be a dog on power.
First proper bike was a stripped down cb550--I remember thinking about how heavy it was lol, especially after dropping it. 2 months later i picked up a gs750 and realized how naive i was, as it was so much heavier. At the end of that summer i grabbed a little 1982 sr250 and realized how much easier my life would have been to learn on a 250cc vs a 500 or even 750. A 250 it's going to be so much easier to pick up after you've dropped it, and because of is so lightweight, it is way more nimble and fun to ride then the 750. I rode mopeds (not scooters) for 2 year prior to getting a motorcycle, which was a great way to get comfortable riding on the road with other vehicles-and also helped me to focus more on traffic and being a good rider--versus worrying about shifting gears and things like that.

What adjustments did you end up with for the carbs? Jetting, air fuel screws etc...
Main jet I use 115 and air fuel screws I did turn a quarter turn

My is 1978 Gs750 came with factory disc brakes front and rear dude so it means they’re stock
