In Uganda, twins' surnames are not the same. The first two on the left are Wasswa (first) and Kato (second) Kato came after Wasswa. If they were girls, it would be Babirye (first) and Nakato (second). The other Wasswa (in the brown jacket) is not a brother to these two. He is from a different family. However, the naming differs according to which part of Uganda one comes from i.e Northern, Eastern, and Western. These particular ones come from Central Uganda. I hope my submission has made some clarification
