It will have some charge but it doesn’t hurt to fully charge it. Shouldn’t take more than a couple hours

If you use it close range, yes. If she is 20+ feet away, then probably not. Always wear eye protection and don’t shoot in the face.

It should just slide on. If not, you can kind of clip it on carefully by forcing it onto the rail. Just don’t push too hard. There should be enough give on the laser mount to clip on

The hammer does not cock and you can’t manually slide the barrel as if you are chambering a round either

What is jamming? Ara bunch of balls stuck inside? If it consistently jams, it is likely due to the gel balls not being the correct size. Start over and soak them overnight. Use plenty of water and drain off excess in the morning. Don't leave gel ball in the grenade attached to the blaster when done either
