The Yosemite of Texas | Big Bend National Park 3 Day Backpacking Trip

Big Bend National Park only had 580,000 visitors in 2021. Yosemite National Park had over 3.5 million visitors. The overcrowding in Yosemite creates a tourist feel to the park, whereas Big Bend is almost barren once you get out on the trail. The lack of people and massive mountain ranges creates an immersive feeling that is extremely underrated. Big Bend consistently keeps impressing me year after year I get the opportunity to visit it.
