Living in LA can be exciting yet anxiety inducing. Things can get expensive so try to sign up for market club memberships ( like Ralph's. It's free) and it'll help with the cost of living. Seeing your apartment slowly coming together inspires me to get a place of my own. My condolences to you and your family. It's never easy losing someone but it is a great reminder to utilize all the time you have and be happy.
This is spot on. I've been in LA for a year and a half and it's very exciting there's always something to do but it can be so overwhelming. Just walking down the street something can happen out of nowhere. I travel a lot and when I'm in other cities I really realize how on guard I am I guess when I'm in LA. It's a love hate relationship for me lol.

She was also the first person, close to me, that I lost so it has just been so odd. Sometimes I cry and sometimes I just zone out thinking that I don't have my grandmother anymore. I know that exact numbness you feel when you lose someone and your emotions are all over the place. Just let your feelings come out as they may. Celebrate the life your grandpa lived and the memories you will keep forever. I experienced loss for first time last year too with my grandpa passing and then six month later my other grandpa passed as well. Unfortunately it’s a part of our lives but don’t hide your emotions and keep your love for them forever. ❤️

First things first, you don't have to apologize about the mood change. Something traumatic has happened and it's gonna take some time to adjust with one person missing from your life. I recently laid my brother to rest and still can't believe it's been 4 months, cause it still feels like yesterday. You are ok, you're allowed to feel, take some time to yourself. You're going to need it. Secondly congratulations on the move, it's going to feel weird and off for the first couple of months but eventually you'll get the hang of things. If you have an Amazon wishlist, I'd like to get you something. Even if it's something small.
