Programatically, I don't think that would work since chunk loading requires all blocks to have set x,y,z coordinates. And depending on how the mod was written, the game probably wouldn't be able to store the subset x,y,z shift and rotational shift persistently, so I'd bet all that work gets erased when the game resets or the chunk reloads.

I think everyone would enjoy that wrench of only it had a " movement distance " control setting , so u can make a block move faster then just 1 pixel at a time .. maybe like setting it to a 5 so every 5 pixels the block moves and the setting onky applies to one wrench . so u could hold multiple in yiur inventory that all move the blocks at different amounts of pixels to be more efficient , and probobly have a setting to choose which way to move a block so u don't have try try and get weird angles to build it right u can stay where u are .

The 'salb' reminds me of flipped surface normals in 3d modeling, which I feel like has amazing potential for creating the illusion of negative space in really tight builds, especially with the whole wrench nudging blocks into each other's space thing....

The wrench +regular mini blocks could change the game for armor stand builds. Might be a few kinks u'd have to work out though. But it would make minor armor stand mod builds possible to average player with half the learning curve.
