hey librarian despite shopping at the grocery store for most of my life i have realized just how many products i have never tried like can i truly call myself a savvy shopper if i dont have all of the taste to price ratios all internalized in a memory database so ive taken it upon myself to try every product available on the shelves ive started with all of the bread varities and brands which means the last week ive been slamming back like 5 whole wheat peanut butter sandwiches a day its starting to become a little monotonous so i am excited to move onto white loaves anyways keep up the great work

i found NL through SAP when ludwig first started playing it, he said some stuff about not being Northernlion and you piece this and that, so when i searched SAP videos and started playing, Northernlion was my go to and I've been a locked in fan ever since (thanks in no small part to librarian, as I'm a 100% youtube only viewer)

I wonder if the subreddit ever did a poll on how people found NL. For me it was Rimworld. Rimworld was brought up on an episode of Idle Thumbs, sounded like a fun game and I looked for some Let’s Plays on YT and found NL, also how I found Dan since NL mentioned he was doing a copycat series at the same time. This was right before the Team Unity PUBG era.
I discovered NL officially through Wildfrost. But unofficially other streamers mentioned him enough times to make me curious. Incidentally, I was playing Wildfrost before I started watching him play it, and its honestly fascinating to see what different folks do with their strats. Type A, I am not. Just built different.
When kids grow up speaking one language to one parent and a different language to another it’s a great way for them to learn. Maybe could try teaching Luna some Korean. I wish I learned another language when I was young rather than having to study textbooks and shit as an adult.
